Los Angeles - Kesha was a "prisoner" to music producer Dr Luke, her mother has claimed. Rosemary Patricia 'Pebe' Sebert has accused the 42-year-old music producer - real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald - of the systematic mental torture of her daughter and she cannot believe a judge ignored Kesha's accusations of his sexual abuse a decade ago and denied her injunction to break her contract with Kemosabe Records, which he runs for Sony Music-owned RCA. Luke would say, 'You look nice today,' and send her into hysterics of happiness because she was programmed to expect nothing but abuse."
