Kate Middleton told everyone that "springtime is here" with her latest chic look. Kate debuted the look during a visit with husband Price Williams to the youth charity XLP. The royal duo toured the London-based organization Friday to learn about its XL Mentoring program, Kate and Wills met with volunteers and participants of the program. Kate wore a red and white tweed checked long sleeve top and matching knee-length A-line skirt from Eponine London 's spring / summer 2016 collection.
