Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is a sink or swim moment for Warner Brothers and DC, respectively. It would be tough to find someone who isn?t stoked to see Superman and Batman face off against each other, but after Man of Steel floundered in terms of reception from fans, one can't help but be disillusioned.
However, the cinematic introduction of the most iconic female superhero of all time might just save Zack Snyder's latest from the depths of destruction. Played by Gal Gadot, Wonder Woman?s addition has been praised by early reviews of the film. To the point that some are saying Wonder Woman steals the show in Batman V Superman. While her exact role in the story is unknown at this time, a new interview with Ben Affleck praises Gadot's performance: "She?s particularly beguiling and inspiring. Gal as an actress, I think is spectacular. It?s an incredibly hard part to pull it off, and she pulls it off with ease and grace, and it?s also just really fun to watch."
