Kesha first accused Dr. Luke of sexually and psychologically abusing her over a year and a half ago, but a recent legal battle has thrown Kesha's music producer of 10 years into the spotlight. But Sony, who has Dr. Luke under contract as a producer until 2017, was not looking for that kind of attention, apparently, because on Wednesday, reports surfaced that the entertainment company was cutting ties with Dr. Luke. A Manhattan court denied Twenty-four year old Kesha's request to be released from her Sony contract to work with Dr. Luke, leaving Sony in the middle of a highly unpopular legal battle. So far, Sony has refused to comment on the news.
