Joseph Gordon-Levitt has quit the Sandman movie. The 35-year-old actor made a production deal in 2013 with Warner Bros. to develop the screen adaptation of the Neil Gaiman classic comic, but the project was shifted to New Line Cinema whom Joseph didn't see "eye to eye" with. The Inception star was set to direct and have a starring role in the film. Joseph Gordon-Levitt took to Facebook to explain the situation to his fans. Following the announcement, Gaiman took to Twitter to admit he had "undiminished" respect for the "special" actor.
