During an interview with KIIS FM Austalia. Kelly Clarkson said that she had no choice but to work with Dr. Luke, who co-wrote and co-produced one of her biggest hits, "Since U Been Gone." Clarkson said, "I only worked with him because literally I got blackmailed by my label." Currently, Dr. Luke is in a legal battle with Kesha, who claims the producer sexual assaulted her on many occasions. While Clarkson said she couldn't speak directly to Kesha's claims since she wasn't there, she would say that Dr. Luke is "not a good person."
