ABC has announced it's sticking with the prank-loving Jimmy Kimmel as host of this years Primetime Emmy Awards. Kimmel revealed on Monday that he'll serve as master of ceremonies once again at September's 68th Annual Emmy Awards. Kimmel also announced when 2016's Emmys will take place: Sunday, Sept 18th.
This won't be Kimmel's first Emmy rodeo. The host helmed the ceremony the last time ABC aired the awards, in 2012 ? back when Homeland was still shiny and new, and there was still something novel about Julia Louis-Dreyfus winning a Best Actress award for Veep.
