VIDEO : Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Trial Starts Today

Hulk Hogan asked a Florida jury to slam the website Gawker for publishing a secret sex tape that was recorded of the former professional wrestler. As the trial gets underway Monday, it brings into question celebrity privacy rights. Gawker argues that its 2012 post is protected under the First Amendment right to free speech.
Hogan, says his privacy was violated when Gawker posted a nearly two-minute excerpt of him having sex with the former wife of his then-best friend, radio shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge.
