Fans of Tim Burton's quirky macabre comedies get ready to whet your appetites, because new photos have just been released from the director's upcoming film, "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children." Adapted from the young adult novel by Ransom Riggs, the film stars Asa Butterfield as Jake, a 16-year-old plagued by nightmares, who - following the advice of his therapists - goes on an overseas journey to find the abandoned orphanage where he once lived, only to discover it is a gateway to alternate realm filled with children with strange powers. Eva Green plays the magical Miss Peregrine, the orphanage director who lives with the other children in a so-called "time loop." The film, which also stars Samuel L Jackson and Allison Janney, hits theaters September 30th.
