According to TMZ, Will Smith and Jerry Bruckheimer have agreed to make "Bad Boys 3." Sources connected with both Bruckheimer and Smith tell TMZ, the two have talked for hours over lunch and dinner in the last two days to hash out the terms of the contract. Sources also reveal they spent time working on the script. Bruckheimer has been vague about the project, but sources say it's an unsigned done deal.
