VIDEO : Dustin Hoffman On Oscar Diversity: 'It's Always Been Racism'

Actor Dustin Hoffman spoke out about the Oscar diversity controversy Wednesday saying that the Oscars have always been racist. In comments to the Associated Press, Hoffman said "It's kind of a reflection of what the country is." The actor skipped Sunday's Academy Awards and instead attended a New York Knicks game in Manhattan. Hoffman went on to say that Hollywood will change when people force it to change. Controversy arose when no black actors or actresses were nominated for top acting roles for the second year in a row.
