Rafael Linares is seeking unspecified damages from the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star after filing a lawsuit at the Los Angeles Superior Court following an incident on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, when his vehicle collided with Kim's Mercedes. Sources close to the reality TV star told gossip website TMZ that the vehicle damage was "minimal" and Kim thought Rafael was OK.
