Guy Ritchie and Madonna seem unable to reach an agreement about their teenage son in an ongoing custody battle; a New York judge is prepared to intervene. On Wednesday, during a court proceeding in Manhattan, state Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan advised the former couple to settle the matter. The subject of the custody case is their son, 15-year-old Rocco Ritchie. While Madonna and Guy cannot seem to agree, both Rocco's attorney and the judge agree that Rocco should not be removed from school.
