VIDEO : Kim Kardashian is Being Sued for a Car Crash That Occurred in 2014

A car accident from two years ago has finally caught up with reality TV star, Kim Kardashian. The other driver involved in the collision is suing Kardashian, according to People magazine. Rafael Linares is claiming that Kim was driving ?negligently? and is suing for ?sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability.? Property damage, loss of income and medical expenses resulting from the incident are what Linares claims he?s entitled to receiving from Kardashian. The accident took place in Beverly Hills in March 2014 when Kardashian was allegedly making a left turn at the intersection of Benedict Canyon Drive and Sunset Boulevard.
