Heidi Montag brings her hard partying, her brutally honest comments, and her mom along on her new TV show. Last night, the first episode of The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition premiered on Lifetime. For the newly initiated, the show takes six pairs of mothers and daughters, one of each is a familiar face, and has them live in a house together for eight weeks while they attempt to rekindle a meaningful relationship with their family member. Montag, best know for her stint on The Hills, and her mother Darlene Egelhoff are of one of the fractious duos attempting to patch things up after years of turmoil.
?I think that there?s a lot of things in our past that have been haunting us,? Montag said of herself and her mother. ?And that was kind of swept under the rug in order to be able to move forward but it just wasn?t quite the same.?
