Ahead of a busy touring schedule singer Adele stopped for a moment to surprise a seriously ill fan Tuesday evening in Belfast. 12 year old Rebecca has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and has been a fan of Adele for many years. Her mom Tracy Gibney made Facebook and Twitter appeals to help grant her daughter wish to meet her idol, Adele, and say "Hello". After believing that it would never happen, Tracy got the call from Adele's manager on Tuesday. The singer came to their home also gave Tracy and her family tickets to see her show in Belfast.
