Dr. Luke bashed Kesha Monday, saying that Lady Gaga's Oscar performance was not about her. Sunday, Lady Gaga performed her song 'Til It Happens To You', a song about sexual assault, at the Oscars. Kesha thanked Lady Gaga on Twitter for bringing attention to sexual assault. Dr. Luke responded to her in a statement saying Kesha, "who in sworn videotaped testimony from 2011 stated that she had never been sexually abused or drugged by Dr. Luke is neither a victim nor the appropriate person to be held up as an example for this important issue." Kesha has previously stated that she was threatened by Dr. Luke to deny the allegations in 2011 during he deposition.
