Say what you will about Lena Dunham, but she's done a pretty good job of keeping things real when it comes to her body image ? despite dealing with more than her fair share of harsh criticism. So when she noticed that something was up with her cover of the Spanish magazine, Tentaciones, she Instagrammed the cover, explaining, "this is NOT what my body has ever looked like or will ever look like ? the magazine has done more than the average photoshop." The magazine shared the uncropped version of the photo, but not an un-retouched version.
