Keanu Reeves didn't want to just crank out another John Wick sequel without seriously considering what would evolve the story, the characters, and of course the action. "The Matrix" star Laurence Fishburne will be joining the cast to work with Keanu Reeves once again. Reeves didn't want to give away to much but said that Fishburne plays an Underworld character named, "The Bowery King". Reeves said of Fishburne, ?He plays such a great character in the piece and he brings of course humour, intelligence, charisma and fascination ? he?s such an incredible actor and it was a pleasure to work with him again." When asked to describe the action in the film Reeves amped up the excitement when he said if the first movie was a black belt, then John Wick:Chapter 2 is a third degree blackbelt. The sequel is set to hit theaters in February 2017.
