Apparently Foo Fighters front man and former Nirvana member, Dave Grohl, had a falling out with drummer Taylor Hawkins and now plans to go solo. The band claims that they are only on hiatus, but an insider reported that "the band is billing it as a 'break,' but it's totally Dave going solo, and Taylor is pissed about it." Grohl performed alone at the Oscars on Sunday night, when he played Blackbird as an In Memoriam tribute, and it is suspected that this marked his first foray into his solo career.
