Gwyneth Paltrow has been waiting for nearly a year for her ex, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, to respond to her divorce petition. The actress filed for divorce last April, but the British rock star has failed to reply and the case remains dormant. The judge has sent notice that the actress may now be eligible to get a default judgment, which would allow her to get joint custody of their kids Apple and Moses. Her 10-year marriage publicly came to an end in March 2014 after Gwyneth announced the couple?s decision to ?consciously uncouple and co-parent? on her website Goop.
