Lena Dunham criticized a Spanish newspaper Monday for allegedly photoshopping a picture of her that was recently on their cover. The newspaper 'El Pais' however denied the allegations stating that they used the photo as they received it. In a statement the paper said "we do not use Photoshop or other digital tools to change the appearance of people who are on our cover or inside the magazine." Many of the actress' fans saw an original version of the photo that was released by the photographer and called out Dunham for being wrong. In 2014 Dunham defended Vogue after they came under fire for heavily editing a photo of Dunham's body.
