On February 26, 2016, Kesha fan?s protested outside of the Sony Music Entertainment Headquarters in New York City. Fans joined to together on the streets after Sony stated that they are not responsible for Kesha still being locked in her contract with music producer Dr. Luke. Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke after revealing that he had sexually abused her during their time working together. Fans are demanding that Sony release Kesha from the contract, so that she can release music again.
