Salma Hayek announced on Instagram on Friday that her dog Mozart had been shot and killed on her ranch in Washington state earlier this month. The actress said she?d been in mourning, and delayed the announcement of Mozart?s Feb. 19 death. A sergeant with the Thurston County Sheriff?s office in Washington said that the investigation was ongoing, and very limited information would likely be released about the incident to the public. Hayek wrote ?He was the most loving and loyal companion,? adding ?He didn?t deserve a slow and painful death."
