The Walking Dead shocked everyone when it two of its leads, Rick ( Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) started kissing in last week's episode, No Way Out. At that point the infamous scene of both drawing their guns sans any clothes takes place, but in the initial script, it wasn't supposed to be so revealing.
