Oscars host Chris Rock may be up to something after posting a rather mysterious tweet on Friday morning. Rock's tweet consisted of a 15 second video of TV static, with this caption: "See you Sunday... #blackout #oscars." The message is likely a reference to the recent #OscarsSoWhite controversy, but as of now no knows for sure. As far as his #blackout tweet is concerned, viewers will have to wait until February 28 to find out what Rock is cooking.
