Oscar nominated actress Elisabeth Shue is joining the cast of the upcoming Fox Baseball drama, entitled "Pitch," which tells the story of Ginny - played by Kylie Bunbury - a woman who defies the odds by becoming the first female to play in the major leagues. Shue will play Ginny's personal guru and protector, and joins a cast that also includes Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Mo McRae, and Meagan Holder. Produced by "Grandfathered"'s Dan Fogelman, "Pitch" continues the Fox network's commitment to America's national pastime, with the MLB All-Star Game, League Championship, and of course the World Series - all featured on the Fox network.
