The world is on Kesha's side lately as she struggles to deal with the legal battle against her producer. In October 2014 Kesha filed a sexual abuse lawsuit against her producer, Dr. Luke and her company, Sony. Last Friday, her request for an injunction was denied by a New York judge; this would of allowed Kesha to be suspended from her recording contract with Sony. Not only is Dr. Luke denying the allegations, he has attempted to file several counter lawsuits against Kesha for defamation of character. It is an awful public battle for an emotionally distraught Kesha and while it seems like a merry-go-round now, we all hope that justice is served in the end.
