Kesha thanked her supporters in a short note on Instagram, marking her first statement since a judge denied her request for an injunction against producer Dr. Luke. The singer wrote in a post accompanied by a selfie saying, "I am beyond words in gratitude." Kesha added that a longer statement about her ongoing legal battle against Dr. Luke and Sony Music would be coming soon. The "Tik Tok" singer has received an outpouring of support from peers and fans since a New York judge ruled last Friday that Kesha could not record music outside of Dr. Luke's Kemosabe Records, and its parent label, Sony.
