LONDON ? Kesha has taken to Instagram to break her silence. The singer posted a photo of herself and thanked her fans for supporting her following Friday's ruling denying her request for a temporary injunction releasing her from her contract with Sony. The "Tik Tok" singer asked for the injunction as part of her lawsuit against music producer Dr. Luke who she claims abused her sexually, physically and emotionally during their working relationship. The support I have received has left my face swollen from tears.
