TMZ has acquired a tape from Dr. Luke showing the 28-year-old performer calmly stating that the producer never sexually assaulted her, nor did he ever drug her.
The video, which is heavily edited to specific segments of a deposition, also includes Kesha?s mom saying Dr. Luke never drugged or violated her daughter.
On February 19, a judge ruled against Kesha getting out of her contract with Sony, stating that the singer can work with another producer under the label.
