Los Angeles - Lea Michele and Matthew Paetz have split up. The pair met on the set of Lea's 2014 music video On My Way. Their relationship was Lea's first since the death of her boyfriend and colleague Cory Monteith in 2013 and Lea recently revealed she believes Cory would have approved of Matthew. She said: "At the end of the day, this industry is really tough, and the only way to get through is to create a solid unit, and that's really what we've been since day one.
