VIDEO : Don Cheadle Excited To Watch Chris Rock Host The Oscars

On Sunday night February 21, celebreties attending American Black Film Festival Honors chimed in on what they hope to see from Chris Rock's gig hosting The Academy awards this coming weekend. Don Cheadle who was in attendance said this could be a watershed moment and went on to say, ""I hope he skewers everybody, which is what he's good at doing." The ABFF Honors were created along with BET to cast a spotlight on the great work of African American actors and creatives. O'Shea Jackson Jr noted that the ABFF Honors show is needed because of the lack of diversity in other wards shows. O'Shea Jackson Jr is the son of entertainer Ice Cube, and portrayed his father in the academy award nominated film, "Straight Outta Compton".
