Kesha's legal battle has come to a devastating conclusion. The singer arrived to court on Friday, Feb. 19th. There, she pleaded her case in a hearing against her longtime producer, Dr. Luke. Allegedly, he sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused Kesha for a decade. The lawsuit by Kesha was filed back in 2014. Dr. Luke filed a countersuit in response that claimed that the singer and her mother were planning to extort him. He alleged that they would go public with assault allegations if he refused to let Kesha off of her long-term recording contract and grant her with publishing rights to her music. According to Celebuzz, the judge ruled that she would not be released from her contract with Sony, but could work with a different producer. Kesha?s lawyers fear that Sony will ruin her reputation if she refuses to work with Dr. Luke, who was not in the courtroom on Friday morning. There is yet to be a decision made by the officials on her claims of abuse.
