Mads Mikkelsen may get typecast as a villain often, but that's not the case in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. When asked about his villainy Mikkelsen said " "No, my character is actually not a bad guy," adding, "and then I cannot say more." The actor has clearly been taking lessons in the Lucasfilm art of secrecy, and knows he can't tell too much too soon about his character. He did tease, however, that he's "vital" and "important" to the story.
