Adele's performance of "All I Ask" at the Grammy Awards Monday was powerful, emotional and, ultimately, marred by audio issues.
"I cried pretty much all day yesterday," she said during the chat that was recorded earlier in the week.
Despite the mishap and what she called her own "pitchy" sound, it wasn't the quality of the performance that hit her as hard as the reaction to it.
