North West is a California girl at heart, but she seems to be making the most of New York City's snowy weather. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West 's daughter stepped out in Manhattan Tuesday all bundled up in a fur coat much like her mama's. While nejoying catching snowflakes on her tongue young North didn't seem to mind the cameras in this instance but mother Kim tweeted hilariously adorable video of North telling her mom, "No pictures!"
