In an interview with Belfast Telegraph, Academy Award Winning actress, Emma Thompson had a very blunt and honest response to the #OscarsSoWhite controversy. She said, "Let?s face it, the Oscar membership is mainly old, white men. That?s the fact of it. Either you wait for them all to die, or kill them off slowly." She continued to say ?The Screen Actors Guild, are being much more active in this and saying we?re actually going to make our membership reflect the world.?
