While David Lynch?s revival of Twin Peaks at one point looked to be very much in doubt, the series is proceeding to production at a brisk pace to find it's home on Showtime in early 2017. Fans of Lynch?s cult classic series are thrilled and celebrating that not only is writer/director Lynch helming the project, but much of his original cast is returning as well. In addition, the project is attracting a bevy of major Hollywood talent from outside the original participants.
Ashely Judd is the latest star to join the cast. Deadline reports Judd has accepted an unspecified role on the series, set to air in 2017.
