Murray, who had not been drinking, allegedly approached the fellow patrons, grabbed their cell phones, and threw them off the second storey building. Police were called to the scene, but the 65-year-old star had left by the time they arrived. The officers opened an investigation into the incident and spoke to Murray on Friday, when the funnyman offered to pay for replacement phones. As a result, the two fans will not be pressing charges, and police officials have closed the case
