VIDEO : Bruce Springsteen's Autobiography to Be Released in September

Few artists have legions of fans as strong as Bruce Springsteen's. The songwriter's legacy will finally be put into autobiographical form as publishers Simon & Schuster recently revealed in a press release that The Boss has been working diligently at penning his life story for the past seven years. The statement reads, "With disarming candor, he also tells for the first time the story of the personal struggles that inspired his best work, and shows us why the song 'Born to Run' reveals more than we previously realized." The book, named after the aforementioned song 'Born to Run,' will hit the shelves on September 27th.
