According to a statement from his publisher, Bruce Springsteen has penned an autobiography which will hit stores this fall. According to a statement from Simon & Schuster, Springsteen's book, titled "Born to Run," will be released on September 27. The 66-year-old Springsteen has been reportedly working on the book since 2009. The 'Born in the USA' rocker notes in the bio, "Writing about yourself is a funny business. But in a project like this, the writer has made one promise, to show the reader his mind. In these pages, I've tried to do this."
