Fashion model Kendell Jenner is suing a skin care company for using her photo in advertisements without her permission. The company Cutera Inc began using Jenner's picture in it's advertisement for laser acne treatment in New York in February. The ad quoted the reality star turned model as saying the treatment removed her acne and gave her flawless skin. Jenner is suing the company for $10 million, stating that an endorsement from her would typically cost 'well into eight figures'. Jenner is the half-sister of Kim Kardashian and came to fame on the family's reality show 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians'.
