VIDEO : Danny McBride in Talks for Ridley Scott's 'Alien: Covenant'

The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed Danny McBride is in early talks to join the cast of Alien: Covenant, Ridley Scott?s latest Alien movie. Michael Fassbender is returning as the amoral android last seen in Scott?s Alien prequel Prometheus, while Katherine Waterston is the movie?s female lead. McBride could be playing one of two techie roles that have a comedic bent to them, but that could not be confirmed. McBride was last seen in Bill Murray?s Rock the Kasbah and is a one of the voice stars of The Angry Birds Movie. He is repped by CAA and Hansen Jacobson.
