Actor SHIA LABEOUF is reportedly looking to evict his aunt from her Manhattan apartment in a bid to collect on a $1 million loan. The ?Transformers? star and his mother sued his uncle Barry Saide in 2013, accusing him of reneging on a deal to pay back the loan in installments beginning in January 2011. Saide hit back at the legal action with a countersuit, revealing he allegedly loaned the pair money before the actor made it big and now Shia was trying to bankrupt him.
