A few things have changed in the six years since People magazine declared Ryan Reynolds the "Sexiest Man Alive!" including the birth of a baby girl. Thanks to the new baby, the magazine has now officially dubbed the actor, "Sexiest Dad Alive!" Jimmy Fallon announced the honor Tuesday on "The Tonight Show," revealing the magazine cover featuring Reynolds. People's 2010 "Sexiest Man Alive!" became a dad in December as he and his wife, Blake Lively, welcomed their daughter, James. Reynolds' new film, "Deadpool," also opens in theaters on Friday and is already getting a sequel.
