The conversation following the Super Bowl has been less about the Carolina Panthers' poor performance and more about Beyonce's performance of her pro-Black anthem 'Formation'. Some people feel so incensed by the song that they have planned a demonstration outside of the NFL's headquarters in New York City for next Tuesday. The event website says "let's stand together. Let's tell the NFL we don't want hate speech and racism at the Superbowl ever again!" However, there is an anti-anti- Beyonce rally planned for the same time at the NFL headquarters. The website for that event says "Don't let anyone make her powerful statement about the value of Black life be overshadowed by those who don't believe that our lives matter."
