Kanye West has riled up a lot of people on Twitter lately in the lead-up to his seventh studio album, but everything took a pretty disturbing turn on Tuesday when he tweeted, "BILL COSBY INNOCENT!" Not surprisingly, West was met with many angry responders. In the past year, 46 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault over the past five decades. Last summer, 35 of them told their stories to Vanity Fair. In December, Cosby was charged with aggravated indecent assault in the 2004 sexual assault of Temple University employee Andrea Constand. He currently faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
