VIDEO : Michael B. Jordan Wins Big at NAACP Image Awards

The NAACP Image Awards were held Friday in Pasadena, California and celebrated excellence in Black film, television, music and literature. The award show was hosted by actor Anthony Anderson and featured a bevy of stars including Will and Jada Smith, who are boycotting the Oscars this year due to the lack of diversity. Michael B. Jordan won big taking home the entertainer of the year award and an award for his role in the film 'Creed'. The comedy 'black-ish' took home the award for outstanding comedy series and its stars, Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross won best outstanding actor and actress in a comedy series respectively. Similarly, 'Empire' took home the award for best drama series and its stars Terrence Howard and Taraji Henson won for best actor and actress in a drama.
