According to Trulia, the 1,384-square-foot home, which was built in 1958, sits on 2.06 acres of land nestled in the oceanside community of Ramirez Canyon. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, the abode boasts heated stone floors, custom accordion glass doors, a cook?s kitchen with granite countertops, two-car garage outfitted with an electric car charging station, outdoor jacuzzi and gazebo, and a master suite with a private balcony that overlooks the estate.
